Cant send SMS
I never had an issue sending texts until about 4 days ago... i rarely use sms fun and i only use it when i run out of credit which is rarely... but it wont let me into the sms page, it just keeps diverting me to the "support sms fun by donating blah blah blah" page... NOW... i did donate to the stupid site to try and get rid of the thing and it STILL wont let me into the send sms page and it it quite quickly becomming EXTRAORDINARILY ANNOYING!!!!

and each thread is full of the same morons all saying the same, stupid, off topic shit.
and instead of being constructive and trying to help the person (link them to the old thread or support), or mentioning that YOU are having the same issue, instead make snide little comments that dont help and only aggravate. perfectlover; you *must* provide the link for support tickets http://www.smsfun.com.au/contact-support.php, if they knew how to go there they wouldnt be asking in here. if you tell someone to contact support and dont provide a link your post WILL be removed.

clearly there is an issue with the donations system, it is NOT removing the nag screen as it should.
I am guessing here, but i *think* that you may have to wait 5 or 10 mins after donating, to allow the system time to process your donation and update the database
(there are over 350,000 accounts on smsfun!)
if waiting 10 mins *does not* solve your issue PLEASE leave a note here mentioning that! and also contact support!

Hi,
I had the same problem foor several weeks so gave-up on SMSFun and went elsewhere. However, am no back to try again and NOW I have found my Hotmail email address needs verification as SMSFun says it is being blocked. I doubt this as I have had this account for 2+ years!!
Not a good way to grow a business guys!

yup... STILL cant send sms... its been nearly 3 months and still no change in service. its ridiculous.
