Forum Addict     Joined: January 2011 Location: Posts: 874	@Doot you need to change your protocol,In the joobz store it states it can take up too 24hrs for your account to be upgraded (which doesn't happen) Then when you do ticket support it says it can take up to 5 days if your not a GM to get a reply from ticket support. It defeats the purpose of having a drop down menu for what the ticket support is in regards too, if either way there is no priority given for GM issues (whether pending or current GM's). The advertising really does not make sense , the 20 joobz upon initial sign up, what if you've purchased the GM with Joobz is that still applicable ? and when does the GM come into affect if we have to wait 3~5+ days for it to be activated, Does it start from the date we purchased the GM or is from the date SF processes it ?
